This is a great opportunity to be a key player within the growth of a business at the cutting edge of ad serving and blockchain technologies. No prior experience is required and full training will be provided. The position suit graduates from any degree, but business, marketing or IT is preferred.
Reporting to the Business Development Director, as the Advertising Operations Manager you will be responsible for ad management, media optimisation, asset management, reporting, data analysis and account management. Being a hands-on team player will ensure problem-solving across all departments and provide the best service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up campaigns, trafficking and optimising yield
- Managing the integration process, testing ads, managing the upgrade process and general ad serving queries
- Assessing ad campaigns to ensure all media and outbound links comply with our terms of service, legal requirements and quality control guidelines
- Generating reports on campaign delivery as per client requests
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and activities
- Telephone calls and emails to customers
- Assisting customers with ad integrations and basic technical issues
Requirements
- Educated to degree level
- Strong communication skills, able to pivot between sales, technical and development teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong technical understanding
- Strong Excel and analysis skills
- A professional telephone manner
- Equally as important is a 'can do' attitude, proactive approach and ability to work on your own initiative. Getting the job completed, and to a high standard, is a key driver and as such, you should be able to work on your own initiative, be flexible and a team player
